Sending orders to Uber/Doordash

Creating an Order
Log in to app.fulflld.com.

Click Add Order at the top left of the screen and select Single Order.

Choose Point-to-Point Delivery.

Enter the Pickup details.

Enter the Drop-off details.

Click Create Order.

Sending Order to Uber
Navigate to the Order Panel on the right side of the page.

Select the order you want to send to Uber.

Click the three dots on the top right of the order card.

Select Send To, then click Uber.

Choose the desired Delivery Type.

Click Request Quote.

Review the quote details from Uber and accept it.

The order is now sent to Uber.

Go back to the order card, click the three dots, and select See Details.

Click on the tracking link to view live tracking.

Cancelling an Uber Order
Select the order that was sent to Uber.

Click the three dots on the top right of the order card.

Click Edit.

In the order details, click Cancel to cancel the order.

Sending Order to DoorDash
Navigate to the Order Panel on the right side of the page.

Select the order you want to send to DoorDash.

Click the three dots on the top right of the order card.

Select Send To, then click DoorDash.

Choose the desired Delivery Type.

Click Request Quote.

Review the quote details from DoorDash and accept it.

The order is now sent to DoorDash.

Go back to the order card, click the three dots, and select See Details.

Click on the tracking link to view live tracking.

Cancelling a DoorDash Order
Select the order that was sent to DoorDash.

Click the three dots on the top right of the order card.

Click Edit.

In the order details, click Cancel to cancel the order.
