Integration with External DSPs (Uber, Doordash & Roadie)

Use this guide to connect your delivery service providers to FULFLLD so you can send point-to-point orders without leaving the platform.

What you can do via the integration

• Connect your Uber, DoorDash, and Roadie accounts to FULFLLD.
• Send point-to-point orders to a DSP from any order card.
• Request a quote, then accept it to dispatch.
• Track status, view driver details, and see updates right on the order.

How to integrate external DSP

• In FULFLLD, click your avatar (bottom-left). Then click Settings. Go to App Settings and open the Integrations tab.

  

• Click Uber, DoorDash, or Roadie. Then the setup panel opens on the right side. Click the Credentials tab. Then enter your Customer ID, Key, and Secret. Credentials can be different based on the different DSPs.

  

• Click Update. Then turn on the Active toggle to connect.

  

• Once the integration is complete you will find the external DSPs to send order from the order card.
