Managing Driver App (Routed Deliveries)
Routed deliveries are designed to optimize the process of managing multiple orders(pickups/drop-offs) by organizing them into an efficient delivery route. This feature helps users streamline their delivery operations by reducing manual planning and ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs. Please note, in a routed delivery, there could be multiple pickups and drops and in this article, we will learn, how drivers,

Complete Routed Pickup
Go to the Orders panel in the app. Drivers can view their current order under the Today tab and all orders under the All tab. Tap on Pickup order to start the delivery.

If you attempt to start from a different order, you will be prompted to go to the Current Order.

On the pickup order screen, expand the drawer to view the pickup details. You can call or message the contact person and navigate to the location using Google Maps.

Press and hold the Start Pickup (1 of 1) button to begin. For multiple pickups, the button will display as (1 of 2), (1 of 3), etc.

Once the order is picked up, tap the Complete Pickup button.

On the completion screen, select Success if the pickup was successful, upload any required attachments, and tap Complete.

Complete Routed Drop-offs
After completing the pickup, you will be redirected to the first drop-off. Similar to the pickup order, you can expand the drawer to view drop-off details, call or message the recipient, and use the app to navigate to Google Maps.

Hold the Start Drop-off button to begin. The button will display as Start Drop-off (1 of 3), indicating there are three drop-offs.

Tap Complete Drop-off (1 of 3) when the delivery is finished.

On the completion screen, select Success if the drop-off was successful, upload any mandatory attachments, and press Complete.

Complete the remaining drop-offs in the same way. If any pickup or drop-off fails, mark it as failed on the completion screen, select the reason, and press Complete.

Once all deliveries are completed, the route will be marked as complete, showing green dots for successful deliveries and red dots for failed ones on the timeline.

Review order
If you want to make any change to the order, you can tap on the Review button.

Make the necessary changes on the complete screen and complete the order again.
