Using Filters to Manage and Sort Orders
The filter feature helps dispatchers organise orders by specific criteria, such as date, status, delivery type, and assignee details. With filters, you can categorise orders into manageable groups, making it easier to focus on specific subsets of orders. This guide will walk you through:
- Filtering by Date and Time
- Filtering by Status, Delivery Time, and Assignee
- Resetting Filters
Filtering by Date and Time
Click on the filter icon from the top right of the header to open the filter panel.

Select your desired date from the calendar.
Use the time progress bar to adjust the time as needed.

Once you’ve set the date and time, click Apply to activate the filter.
Filtering by Status, Delivery Time, and Assignee
In the filter panel, select the options for Status, Delivery Time, or Assignee that you wish to filter by.

Choose the specific parameters or values under each option.

Click Apply to see orders that meet your selected criteria.

Note: You can filter by individual options or combine multiple filters as needed.
Resetting Filters
To clear all filter selections, click Reset in the filter panel.
